I LOVE this!! Making your ice cream is magical! I’m so happy you’re sharing more recipes! I’ve made so many! My favorite thing is when I make one of your recipes at home and it tastes just like yours!! I’m making Sweet Cream ice cream again this week for my kiddos! It reminds me of when I first had a flavor like it in Japan years ago. Sweet cream ice cream was a revelation! I love your recipe best!!

I know this isn’t exactly ice cream, but I’d LOVE to learn how to make Frozé in time for summer!!

Thank you! I know you can make real froze by just freezing rose like a granita—just keep fluffing it with a fork every 30 minutes or so until it’s frozen!

Can't wait to make this! How much vanilla should I use? The ingredient list doesn't include vanilla, but the instructions do. Also, at what temp and for how long should I toast the kataifi? Thanks!

This does sound amazing- I wonder if I could successfully do a dairy free version? The cream cheese stumps me a bit, as I usually avoid the processed non dairy cream cheeses, but there are some incredible non dairy soft cheeses being made so I wonder if one might work…

Also, and you may have said this already, but do you have a recommendation for a good, small scale, Hime ice cream machine? ❤️

Yes!!!! We have a big homemade Jeni’s party every summer and invite neighbors. It’s the perfect gathering food! Easy to make ahead and it just makes everyone happy! Especially when we make the homemade cones!!! It is one of my kids favorite traditions and has become part of our family culture!

I would love a good homemade s’mores ice cream recipe! I’ve tried a few variations and have yet to find a winner! Your old Roxbury Road was one of my favorites and it’s always a big hit.
